Synthix AI & Software Solutions was founded with a clear mission: To bridge the gap between traditional industrial experience and cutting-edge AI technology. As founder and CEO, I bring over 30 years of practical experience from the global automotive industry and combine this with the latest developments in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
My Story
My career began in 1995 at Continental Automotive, one of the world's leading automotive suppliers. Over nearly three decades, I was able to not only observe but actively shape the digital transformation of the automotive industry. From the early days of laser technology and Surface-Mount Technology to today's Industry 4.0 solutions, I was at the forefront.
Technological Expertise
During my time at Continental Automotive, I specialized in complex system architectures for industrial applications. My work included:
- Laser & 3D Technology: Development of high-precision laser systems for quality assurance and production monitoring
- Automatic Optical Inspection (AOI): Implementation of AI-powered image processing systems for defect detection

A highlight of my career was the development and patenting of an innovative quality management system (DPMA: 10 2015 204 586.2). This system combines various inspection technologies (laser, camera, X-ray) with intelligent algorithms for early detection of quality problems. Practical application at Continental led to demonstrable cost savings of over €300,000 per year - impressive proof of the return on investment of well-designed AI solutions.

Born in 1973, I am a German citizen with an international perspective. My career at Continental enabled me to work with teams in Europe, Asia and North America. This intercultural experience is particularly valuable for companies with global production sites or international ambitions.
Engagement & Mentoring
In addition to my entrepreneurial activities, I am actively involved in the mentoring program at Purdue University. As a Boilermaker Mentor, I support young engineers and students as they enter the technology industry. Knowledge transfer and nurturing the next generation are important to me.
